Privacy policy

1. Overview
Nezora ("we") lets you build and run your own branded trading site connected to Deriv. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Nezora workspace and the trading sites built with it, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
2. What we collect
Your account
Your name and email address. Your password is stored only as a one-way hash, so we can never see it.
Your sites
What you set up for each site: its name, domains, colours, tabs, links, uploaded logos and favicons, and the Deriv app assigned to it.
Earnings
Deriv reports the markup earned by each site's app, and we use those totals to work out your earnings. We don't receive your traders' Deriv passwords, balances or trading history.
Payouts
The payout details you give us, such as a mobile money number or crypto wallet address, stored encrypted, and a record of every earning, withdrawal and payment reference.
Security records
Sign-in sessions (IP address and browser) and a log of important actions, such as publishing a site or changing payout details, to protect your account.
Traders on our sites
Traders sign in with Deriv, and their browser talks to Deriv directly. To work, a trading site keeps the trader's Deriv sign-in, settings and saved bots in their own browser (cookies and local storage); that data stays on their device. Traders who save bots to Google Drive do so under Google's terms. Deriv's own privacy policy covers what Deriv collects.
3. How we use it
- To create and run your account and your sites.
- To calculate earnings and send payouts.
- To answer your emails to support.
- To send account emails, such as email confirmation, password resets and domain updates.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To keep Nezora running and fix problems.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell personal information. We share it only as needed with:
- Deriv, the trading platform your site connects to, for app registration and earnings reports.
- Resend, to deliver our emails.
- Mobile money and crypto payment providers, to send your withdrawals.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of Nezora and its users, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business.
5. Cookies
The workspace uses cookies only to keep you signed in. Trading sites use cookies and local storage only as described above. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your account and site information while your account is open. If you ask us to delete a site or close your account, we remove or anonymise its data within a reasonable time, except records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons, such as earnings and payout records.
7. Security
Connections to Nezora are encrypted, passwords are hashed, payout details are encrypted at rest, and staff must use two-factor sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong password you don't use anywhere else.
8. Your choices
- You can change your name and password in your account settings at any time.
- To correct, export or delete your personal data, or to close your account, email support@nezora.dev. We'll respond within a reasonable time, subject to the records we must keep.
9. Children
Nezora is for adults: you must be at least 18 to use it. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Nezora changes; the date above shows the current version. We'll let you know about significant changes. Questions about your data: support@nezora.dev.
