Terms of service
Last updated 23 October 2026
1. Using Nezora
These terms cover your use of Nezora: the site builder, hosting, custom domains, the earnings dashboard and your wallet. By creating an account you accept them. You must be at least 18 and allowed to use these services where you live. If you sign up for a business, you must be authorised to accept these terms for it.
2. Your account
Give accurate details and keep your password and verification codes private. You are responsible for what you do, or let others do, through your account. Don't share access, pretend to be someone else, or try to get into another account. If you think someone else has used yours, email support@nezora.dev straight away.
3. Your site, domains and content
You are responsible for your site's name, logo, text, links and domains, and for how you promote it. Only upload material you own or have permission to use. Don't publish anything unlawful, misleading or infringing. Don't promise profits, and don't suggest that Nezora, Deriv or anyone else endorses you. Every site shows Deriv's risk warning and a "Powered by Deriv" notice, and you must not hide or contradict them. You must follow the laws of every market you promote your site in, including any licence or registration they require.
Your content stays yours. You allow Nezora to store, process and show it as needed to run your site. Domains you bring are bought and renewed with your registrar under its terms; if a domain lapses or its DNS changes, your site stops working on it.
4. Trading risk and Deriv
Nezora provides website tools. It is independent and is not Deriv. It doesn't promise trading results, income, or that Deriv's services will always be available. Free bots, examples and past results are not a promise of future profit. Trading derivatives is high risk, and traders can lose all the money they trade with.
Traders' accounts and trades are covered by the terms of the Deriv company they trade with. We can't control Deriv's prices, trade execution, account restrictions or outages.
5. Earnings
Your site earns from markup on eligible trades placed through it, as reported by Deriv. The standard split for new sites is the current standard split (your site's own rate is on its earnings page), unless a different rate applies to your site. Earnings depend on Deriv's confirmed reports. Until a month is credited, its amount can change if Deriv corrects a report or reverses trades. A month is credited to your wallet once Deriv pays us for it.
Changes to your site's Deriv app, such as a new app or markup, are made by our staff after review. A request doesn't change anything until it is approved.
6. Wallet and withdrawals
Your wallet records the earnings we owe you; it is not a trading account. Before you withdraw, check the amount, the minimum withdrawal and your payout details. Requesting a withdrawal takes the amount from your balance straight away so it can't be requested twice; if it is rejected, the amount is returned.
Our staff send payouts by hand, so a request isn't paid instantly. Wrong payout details can delay or prevent payment. If a payment is missing, duplicated or disputed, email support@nezora.dev with its reference before asking again.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use Nezora for fraud, phishing, fake trading signals, malware, collecting traders' passwords, fake trades or traffic, or attacks on other users or our systems. We may suspend a site or account where reasonably needed to investigate abuse, meet a legal duty, protect security, or follow a restriction from Deriv. Where we can, we'll tell you why and how to reach us. We may hold earnings from activity under investigation until it is resolved. Suspension doesn't cancel a legitimate payment we owe you.
8. Privacy and messages
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. We email you about your account, such as confirming your email address, resetting your password and connecting a domain, and about important changes to Nezora, so keep your email address working.
9. Availability and responsibility
Nezora can be interrupted by maintenance, faults or changes made by Deriv and other providers. Keep your own copies of important files and payment references. As far as the law allows, we don't promise uninterrupted service and aren't responsible for trading losses. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liability that the law doesn't allow to be removed.
10. Closing your account
You can stop using Nezora at any time; email support@nezora.dev to close your account. We pay out any balance above the minimum withdrawal once Deriv's pending payments for your sites have arrived.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Nezora changes; the date above shows the current version. We'll email you about important changes. For questions, payment disputes or account concerns, email support@nezora.dev. Never send us passwords, verification codes or secret keys.
